 some last details for everyone to consider

orange snow fence has been installed not to keep you out, but to keep you from busting your ass while intoxicated in the dark. it is a visual barrier to drops offs and ditches etc.

Please there is to be no glass walkin around the camp grounds. put it in a plastic cup and dispose of the glass immediately. you cannot walk around with bottles of liquer, beer, wine etc.there will be recycling bins and trash cans throughout the campgrounds. please dispose of you own garbage. ash trays will also be around for butts.
please respect land by not littering disposing of trash in the right places. we want to be able to do this year after year so we have to keep it clean.

there will be food sold by the local bar/grill. they will have a pizza table by the main stage selling pizza and pepperoni rolls. at the pavilion they will have menus you can order off and pick up after its made. they are also serving breakfast sandwiches each morning. otherwise bring your own camping food, stacks ect.

if you are goin to "party" do it your tent. the campground is private property but if someone from inside the campground calls the cops( like locals ), they can come in. do not walk around doin anything illegal.

do not bring your own wood. that can bring disease into the sites by bringing wood from other areas. fire wood will be provided. there are designated fire rings at each camp area do not move them.

upon entrance you will check in at the gate at the beginning of the campground. you'll receive your ticket and bracelet or just bracelet if your in a band or a band guest. keep bracelets on throughout your stay. people coming for one day will get a wrist for that day.

you cannot park your car beside your tent. parking will be at the front of the campgrounds only. you cannot drive your car thru the grounds unless you are a band showing up before 5pm on friday. if you are selling merch you can park closer to the pavillion.

you can swim in dunkard creek there are some designated places to enter but you can walk up and down it. swim at your own risk. there is no lifeguard on on duty. shower after swimmin in the shower house cuz its kinda stinky.

the shower house is located at the top of the hill at the beginning of the camp ground. please keep it clean. it also has real toilets

if you have any other questions or concerns when you get there talk to someone with a walkie-talkie and white green red bracelet.


there will be a truck to shuttle taking gear to and from the stage every 2-3 hours for bands arriving after 5pm on friday. if you make it there before 5pm, please drop your gear off by the main stage at the back of the grounds.

the stage is fairly large and should be able to accommodate four acts at once( one performing, one tearing down, two on deck setting up) such as so that as the act performing is in action, the act that just played is moving gear, bodies, etc. to the back stage. As the act that is on next is moving their gear from back to front and so on and so on.....so everyone needs to be getting ready to play 4-5 acts before they are to perform, so you have enough time to prepare. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT IN HELPING THE WEEKEND RUN SMOOTH. RESPECT THE OTHER ARTISTS BY SETTING UP AND TEARING DOWN FAST SO EVERYBODY HAS FAIR TIME TO PERFORM THEIR SET

the stage is 24ftx24ft, sectioned into two parts, front and back. back stage is 8ftx16ft, front stage 24ftx16ft. it is important to please try to stay away from the backstage unless you are about to be performing!

there will be a pretty good sized PA system and some help running the system over the weekend. we will be using DI boxes and (a limited amount) of microphones. feel free to bring your own amps, PA cabs or whatever as well. just dont forget the QUICK set up and tear down

please remember
everyone needs to be getting ready to play 4-5 acts before they are to perform, so you have enough time to prepare

 Remember this is a camp out, bring a tent, some munchies, even some meals. There will be a local food vendor, her name is Mary and she runs the local pizza shop/bar. We might even cook a couple meals for everyone, but bring your own food stuffs as well.

If anyone has fold-out tables or chairs bring them along if you can. There is a pavilion, but its not very big so large pop-up tents would be greatly appreciated if anybody has any. Got tiki torches and lanterns, small grills?? Bring them! LOTS of bugs, remember we arere out in the wylde

There is a shower house, so bring soap to wash yourselves. Going to have 5 portable bathrooms, bring any personal hygiene products you may need throughout the weekend. Please remember that you will be meeting many new people and making new friends, so it would be nice if you

Tickets will be on sale soon, they will be 30 dollars in advance, 50 dollars at the door, for the weekend- so let people know if they are trying to attend. (Bands of course are covered) THESE TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE SOON.

There will be a small stage setup for signup jams, first come first serve basis, for collabs, solos, or what not( open to the public)- this stage will be there sat and sun only, in early afternoon before the main stage pops off.
